BOOM: Trump PULLS Security Clearance From Former CIA Chief John Brennan; NINE MORE Under Review

President Donald Trump pulled the security clearance for former CIA Director John Brennan on Wednesday, and there are reportedly nine other current or former government officials who are under review.

According to Fox News, the White House is also currently considering revoking security clearances from these nine officials: fired FBI director James Comey; fired deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe; former director of national intelligence James Clapper; former national security adviser Susan Rice, and former CIA director Michael Hayden, former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, fired FBI official Peter Strzok, former Department of Justice official Lisa Page, and current DOJ official Bruce Ohr.

Eight of those nine officials worked in the Obama administration; Hayden worked under former President George W. Bush.

During the press briefing on Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders read a statement on behalf of Trump, saying Brennan “has a history that calls his credibility into question.”

“The president has a constitutional responsibility to protect classified information and who has access to it, and that’s what he’s doing is fulfilling that responsibility in this action. Mr. Brennan has a history that calls into question his objectivity and credibility.”

The statement also said Brennan has been “leveraging”  his security clearance to make “wild outbursts” and claims against the Trump administration while on cable news. Brennan is a regular guest on CNN and MSNBC, two networks who spend a vast majority of their time attacking Trump.

Watch Sanders comments below:

Brennan has been one of the most ardent forces from the very beginning pushing the Trump-Russia collusion theories, and he reportedly played a big role in elevating the Clinton-funded dossier to the highest levels of the government prior to the 2016 presidential election.

Trump has raged against Brennan several times for making salacious comments while appearing on cable news shows.

Last month, Trump didn’t mince his words:

“I think Brennan is a very bad guy, and if you look at it, a lot of things happened under his watch. I think he’s a very bad person. I also think that when you watch Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, when you watch all of the things that have happened — Comey, you take a look at that — and McCabe, who has got some pretty big problems, I assume — you look at the deception, the lies … These are people that in my opinion are truly bad people, and they’re being exposed for what they are.”

In May, Trump told Brennan that he should spend less time spewing nonsense on television and be more “worried about staying out of jail.” Trump also said Brennan has “disgraced the Country, he has disgraced the entire Intelligence Community. He is the one man who is largely responsible for the destruction of American’s faith in the Intelligence Community.”

While the liberal media will undoubtedly wail and foment over Brennan losing his security clearance, which often gave him information to use during his anti-Trump information, it appears Trump is coming for nearly a dozen more anti-Trump, corrupt officials.
